PROMISSORY NOTE$250,000.00June 1, 2026Houston, Texas1.FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned (collectively, "Borrower") promises to pay tothe order of the Note Holder the principal sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and00/100 Dollars ($250,000.00), with interest thereon at the rate of seven and one-halfpercent (7.50%) per annum on the unpaid principal balance, payable as follows:a.Borrower shall make monthly payments of One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Eight and 04/100 Dollars ($1,748.04), commencing on July 1, 2026, andcontinuing on the first day of each month thereafter.b.The entire unpaid principal balance and accrued interest shall be due andpayable in full on June 1, 2056.2.Borrower may prepay this Note in whole or in part at any time without penalty.3.This Note is secured by a Deed of Trust and Real Estate Mortgage of even dateherewith, encumbering the real property described therein.4.If any installment is not received within ten (10) days of its due date, Borrowershall pay a late charge equal to five percent (5%) of the overdue amount.5.Upon default, the Note Holder may declare the entire balance immediately due andpayable, together with reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of collection.IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Borrower has executed this Promissory Note as of the date firstwritten above.BorrowerDate
